Hey Synners I often get asked about renting out the Syn location or having groups come and do takeovers at Syn.    Originally I was against the idea mainly because of the amount of work it takes to turnover the club  to our standards.  We’ve done a couple of them now and they went ok.  The staff enjoyed the extra payday so I am more open to doing it now.  Here are the details if you want a group event at Syn.  

NOTE:  if you think the pricing is high feel free to compare it to event centers and banquet rooms.  You will find we are actually under priced for what you get.  If you can find a better deal you should absolutely take it.  

GROUP TAKE OVER PACKAGE:  This is your group coming to a regular Syn event on a Saturday.  Every 40 people you pre pay for we will take 10.00 off the normal door price.  So 20 couples get in for 50.00 a couple and 40 couples would get in for 40.00 a couple.  Must be prepaid in advance and if you book far enough in advance you can pick the theme within reason.  

BASIC PACKAGE:  This is renting the venue on a non Saturday night.  We provide outside security, door person and cleaning staff inside.  You provide cups, Ice, DJ mixer ect.  2000.00

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: We take care of everything.  DJ, cups, ice everything you need you just show up.  2500.00

ALL INCLUSIVE SATURDAY PACKAGE:  The all inclusive package on a  Saturday 6000.00

AVAILABLE ADD ONS:  Motobunny (Sybian)  or the Sex machine.  Includes all attachments and staff to operate and sanitize.  200.00

ADDITIONAL SECURITY\STAFF:  150.00 per a person

SHUTTLE SERVICE:  We can shuttle your guest to and from the event at a reasonable distance. Everyone can stay at hotels or Air BnB.   200.00 

CATERING:  Catering is available but cost must be negotiated.  

Deposit of half must be made at booking with rest paid before doors open the day of the event.  Hours are 8-2 unless otherwise negotiated.  With reasonable set up\tear down time provided.  We handle basic cleaning. 

We do not provide security unless added. Consent and photo rules must be enforced by the host.  We do not provide tours nor enforce “Syn Rules”  unless additional staff is added to cost.  Your people, your problem.  

Syn is private invite only events.   If you don’t know where the Syn location is already do not inquire about renting the facility.
